They are amazing. Even though our answers weren't what we necessarily wanted. Had them scheduled for a cleaning and inspection. Unfortunately our fire place is no longer made and not exactly up to par. But after he reviewed all our options I really appreciate how up front and honest they are! And on time and helpful! He gave us pricing of what it would cost for new wood burning, electric, and to take completely out, even though this would obviously hurt him as a business.

Eric and Shelby are terrific to work with!! So happy they came recommended from all the neighbors. We scheduled an annual check up for our new home. Come to find out it was not up to code which why we had smoke issues. Eric not only explained but showed up the issues. We needed our fireplace replaced and they came to the rescue!

I couldn't be happier with going with Advanced Chimney to install our new fireplace. I reached out to them over a year ago for an initial Chimney sweep and unfortunately our fireplace was not safe to use. I didn't second guess the initial inspection at all. Eric and Steve completed the removal and reinstall and they were awesome. Very clean, very nice and diligent with completing the work. We love our new fireplace and will use Advanced Chimney again for any future fireplace needs.
